Born in London, raised in Vancouver, attended Queens undergrad in Education – then Rotman MBA – hired into CIBC Exec mgmt fast track program, worked in Marketing Strategy 3years, 4 years in Marketing at Rogers, joined Maple Leaf in 2010.
As Senior Director Branding & Marketing Strategy helped lead charge on rebuilding of one of Canada’s iconic brands Maple Leaf – post crisis – over past four years with high profile repositioning (Feeding the Country) and campaign – recently promoted to VP – and now leads all Digital and major go to market programs.
Key player at Maple Leaf supporting many divisions during a period of huge innovation – that included Maple Leaf Natural Selections/ Schneiders Country Natural rollouts, Prime Portions, Protinis (Dempsters Vegetable Bread and Healthy Way – pre sale to new owner Bimbo Bakeries – one of largest global bakers) – with numerous wins for Maple Leaf for New Product of the Year – in past four years.
