BACKGROUND

Serial entrepreneur, Dave is the Founder of TenThousandCoffees.com, the world’s first youth movement connecting the leaders of today with the leaders of tomorrow. Dave is also the Founder of Redwood, a leading Earned Media Advocacy marketing company focusing on youth. A social, earned media and youth advocacy expert, Dave speaks regularly at events across North America. Dave and his team have received numerous global recognitions and awards for their innovative approach to youth engagement, including being named both PROFIT mag Top 20 Under 30 and the youngest of Marketing Mags Top 30 Marketers. A Huffington Post, Globe and Mail, CBC, CTV, TEDx writer, speaker, and spokesperson, Dave is actively helping companies, government, and brands connect with the next generation of leaders.  Dave is actively involved as a mentor, board member, and social entrepreneur in numerous youth, innovation, and marketing organizations including the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), CivicAction, Cannes Lions Young Marketers, Trans Canada Trail, and the Institute of Communications Agencies (ICA), among others. He also enjoys playing most sports, skiing and visiting friends and family back home in Lively, Ontario.
