Director Membership Lifecycle Marketing

Are you a business professional with at least 7 years of work experience including the development and implementation of lifecycle engagement strategies? Have you helped define personalized and segmented communication strategies and communication journey plans? Do you juggle priorities successfully and have the flexibility, bandwidth and commitment to help implement a team’s plan and participate in AMA Toronto’s programs? Can you effectively and efficiently collaborate with other teams and partners?

AMA Toronto is looking for a professional and committed volunteer to help run our Membership team and organize and implement high value member programs for our community. As one of our Membership Directors, you will hold a major role within our organization with opportunities to learn and grow, to sharpen your skills, build your network and leadership skills, and have fun! 

Your responsibilities would include:

Working with the VP of Membership and the other Membership Director(s) to develop and successfully deliver the membership team strategy. 

Leading the strategic development of a holistic lifecycle marketing plan from lead generation to retention

Facilitating efforts to enable our CRM platform and automation for membership journeys

Managing the group by process and the development of membership analytics

Collaborating with other AMA volunteers both from the membership team and other teams such as Communications, Partnership and Mentor Exchange as needed.
