Program Operations Director

Position Objectives: 

Are you a seasoned brand management professional with 7+ years experience in managing the operations and revenue impact of either B2B or consumer brands? Do you have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset that is focused on continual improvement and evolution? Is ensuring delivery of a smooth, timely and rewarding customer experience second nature to you? Do you have the leadership and collaborative skills required to work both within your program team but also interact effectively with other teams such as Marcom, Events, PR or Volunteers to ensure that we can deliver high impact programs successfully to meet the needs of our community and our many partners?

AMA Toronto is looking for experienced and committed brand management professionals to join our volunteer program teams. As one of our Program Operations Directors you will report to a specific Program VP such as Leadership Excellence or Canada’s Marketing Hall of Legends. You will hold a pivotal role within our volunteer organization while enjoying opportunities to learn and grow, to sharpen your skills, while building your network, profile and leadership skills, and have fun!

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Working with the program VPs of one of the following program areas to help develop, deliver and evolve strategies.
  • Co-ordinating, briefing and working with your Marcom Account Director, PR team, Event Director, Partnership/Sponsorship team and other team members as relevant to determine the appropriate strategies, timing, resources and budget for effective and efficient development and delivery of campaigns and programs.
