Can you help develop an event vision then lead the team to deliver a high impact and engaging experience? Do you have the collaborative skills to work effectively and efficiently with other AMA teams and partners?
AMA Toronto is looking for a seasoned professional and committed volunteer to help run our Events team and organize and implement high quality learning and networking events for our community. As one of our Event Directors, you will hold a major role within our organization with opportunities to learn and grow, to sharpen your skills, build your network and leadership skills, and have fun!
Your responsibilities would include:
- Working with the VP of Events and the other Event Director(s) to develop and successfully deliver the Event team strategy.
- Developing the plan for specific events.
- Motivating and directing a team of managers and coordinators to flawlessly implement events on time and on budget.
- Collaborating with other AMA volunteers both from the event team and other teams such as Communications, Partnership and Sponsorship as needed.
