Are you an organized and technologically adept business professional with at least 3 years of work experience in CRM? Do you juggle priorities successfully and have the flexibility, bandwidth and commitment to help implement a team’s plan and participate in AMA Toronto’s programs? Are you a good communicator who can effectively and efficiently collaborate with other teams?
AMA Toronto is looking for a professional and committed volunteer to support our membership CRM strategy. As part of the Membership team you will have a key role in the execution of the CRM strategy. And as an AMA volunteer you will have opportunities to learn and grow, to sharpen your skills, build your network and leadership skills, and have fun!
Your responsibilities would include:
Working with the Director Membership Lifecycle and other Membership and AMA team members such as Technology to enable CRM platform enhancements and execute changes.
Developing and executing a strategic roadmap to clean, manage, and enhance date of feeds and customer records.
Partnering with other teams to enable customer journey automations.
