Program Operations Director: DEI

Are you a seasoned marketing professional with 7+ years experience in managing the operations impact of either B2B or consumer brands? Do you have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset that is focused on continual improvement and evolution?  Is ensuring delivery of a smooth, timely and rewarding customer experience second nature to you? Do you have the leadership and collaborative skills required to work both within your program team but also interact effectively with other teams such as Marcom, Events, PR or Volunteers to ensure that we can deliver high impact programs successfully to meet the needs of our community and our many partners?  

AMA Toronto is looking for an experienced and committed marketing professional to join our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. As a Program Operations Director you will report to the VP of DEI and work with our broader AMA community to help spearhead our DEI strategies and activities. You will hold a pivotal role within our volunteer organization while enjoying opportunities to learn and grow, to sharpen your skills, while building your network, profile and leadership skills, and have fun! 

Your responsibilities would include:

Working with the VP of DEI to plan and deliver the DEI strategic plan.  

Co-ordinating, briefing and working with your Marcom Account Manager, PR team, Event Director, Partnership/Sponsorship team and other team members as relevant to determine and ensure the appropriate strategies, timing, resources and budget for effective and efficient development and delivery of campaigns, events and programs.
