Please join us on April 26th for a panel discussion, moderated by Santo Ligotti, AMA Toronto President-Elect, joined by Shalini Jerath, currently the MNG Director at AMA Toronto and ACCES Alumni; along with Koozhad Khatami, Events Marketing Manager at AMA Toronto and ACCES Alumni; and Ajai Datta, Co-Founder of Pinnacle Digital Solutions, ACCES Alumni and Advisory Member of the Digital Marketing Connections program at ACCES.

This event would be aimed at addressing the barriers faced by newcomers in the process of finding a job, highlighting the necessary skills required in the search for employment, the importance of building a strong network, followed by a Q & A session.

Shalini Jerath
Marketing Manager at Level Access

She is a highly accomplished marketing professional with extensive global exposure and experience across multiple industries in B2B services. With a strong educational background from top institutions across Asia and North America, she brings a unique perspective and diverse skill set to her work. In addition to her professional work, Shalini is also a committed volunteer at AMA, where she has contributed her time and expertise to a variety of initiatives and events. She is highly regarded for her dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for making a positive impact in her community.

Koozhad Khatami
Category Marketing Manager at Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee

He is a Sales and marketing professional with more than 8 years of experience working in different multinational CPG companies. Born and Raised in Iran, he never had the experience of living in another country. He moved to Toronto as a permanent resident on July 2022. Enrolled in ACCES Digital Marketing Connections program in October and joined AMA in Dec. 2022. Joined Mother Parkers, a leading supplier of private-label coffee and tea products in North America in Feb. 2023 as Category Marketing Manager.
