She received her Certified Executive Coach credential from Royal Roads University, and has her ACC credential from the ICF. She is practising as an executive coach and looks forward to adding coaching to her mentor role.

Currently, Carol is the General Manager of a B2B organization. Prior to this, Carol held positions with Suncor Energy working on the Petro-Canada business, as a member of Leadership teams. This included: Head of Marketing for the Lubricants division and Head of Marketing Services on the Retail side, leading Brand, Communications, Insights, and Loyalty. Prior to this, Carol was VP Marketing at Black Photo Corporation, and held various marketing roles in packaged goods companies.
