Leading all brand, marketing and communications functions, Fatima is transforming the end-to-end customer journey through digital acceleration, thought-provoking omnichannel programs and creative brand narratives. Bringing 20 years of experience, Fatima combines her deep industry expertise in telecommunications, technology, health services and fintech, with a strategic and data-driven lens to deliver business outcomes.
Passionate about leadership and advancing the marketing community, Fatima has been recognized in The Globe and Mail Report on Business Magazine’s Best Executives list in 2022, is an executive mentor and advisory council member for the American Marketing Association, and a regular judge for marketing industry award programs. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
