As a seasoned marketing, digital and product executive, Meghan has extensive global and local experience leading billion $ brands to market share leadership and P&L growth. She has over 23 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing, analytics, product innovation and strategic planning.
Most recently she was the Vice President of North America Marketing Analytics & Insights, leading a team of data scientists and research professionals for TD bank to deeply understand and predict customer behaviors by leveraging the latest innovations in machine learning and artificial intelligence, allowing the optimization of investments to improve shareholder value. Prior to this role, she was the Vice President of Marketing for the TD Personal Bank – leading the marketing teams for Everyday Banking, Retail Mortgages & Lending, Personal Saving & Investing, Digital Products & Service, TD Insurance/Meloche Monnex, TD Credit Cards and MBNA, leading all aspects of digital and traditional marketing to drive revenue and customer engagement.
She has led the transformation of the marketing teams to a digital first organization; launching into social media channels, building the paid, owned and earned digital media strategy, leading public website transformation, and leveraging investments in marketing technology platforms to deliver business value. In addition, Meghan played a key leadership role in the development of the UGO Digital Wallet, the first joint venture with TD and PC Financial to create a digital consumer wallet.
