Ms. Bouthillier joined the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation in 2021 to serve
the cause as an executive.

With more than 30 years of leading integrated marketing and
communications teams, she has a proven track record of improving the
performance of national and global brands, orchestrating organizational
change and driving digital transformation in complex and rapidly changing
environments.

Prior her current position, she held the position of Chief Communications
Officer at Via Rail Canada until 2019 and Chief Executive Officer for Havas
Worldwide Canada previously.

Ms. Bouthillier holds a Business Administration and Masters of
Management Sciences in Marketing from HEC Montreal. Ms. Bouthillier sat
on the Board of Directors of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation from 2009
to 2021. She also served as Chairman of the Association of Advertising
Agencies in Quebec (A2C) from 2012-2014.
