CAREER ACCELERATOR

The Career Accelerator program helps young marketing professionals further their career with the help of an experienced marketing professional. Inspired by the success of Mentor Exchange, this program is specifically designed to meet the needs of junior marketing professionals looking to move up the ladder in their careers, and runs from April to January of each year, with applications and matching taking place between February to April.

Career Accelerator Mentee Criteria

  • A Marketing professional between that ages of 24 to 35;
  • With at least 1 year into a career in the Marketing, Advertising, and Communications industry
  • Looking for guidance on the next step in their career 
  • Career-focused and driven to achieve professional success

Career Accelerator Mentee Benefits

  • 1 on 1 interaction with a mid-level marketing mentor to assist in setting professional goals, provide career advice, and an objective perspective on your career path.
