Mentor Exchange

Building Connections and Providing the Tools to Help You Advance Your Marketing Career

MENTOR EXCHANGE

The coveted AMA Toronto Mentor Exchange program scientifically matches Canada’s premier C-suite Mentor community with up and coming senior marketers and business professionals to empower their leadership potential. Now in entering its 14th year, it’s counting over 600 Mentee graduates and over 240 Alumni mentors. The program runs from October to June each year, with applications and matching done from July to September. Applications for the 2023/2024 program open July 1st, 2023.

Mentorship is designed for those looking to advance their career, seeking guidance to develop a clearer career path.  Access to a mentor provides professionals with insight to help determine and articulate personal and professional goals.

Mentorship is geared toward professionals over the age of 30 & actively involved in a career in advertising, communications, marketing, market research, marketing technology or media. Looking for mentorship at an earlier stage of your career? Check out our Career Accelerator program, targeted for marketing professionals aged 24-30.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Looking for a coach instead of a mentor? Executive Coaching could be a good fit.  The program is an intensive offering designed to focus on performance.  The target candidate for Executive Coaching already has clarity on their objectives and are one or two steps away from the most senior marketing position in their organization. They are goal-oriented and want to maximize their potential in deepening their impact as a leader and have a desire to rapidly advance their career.
