This prestigious program is designed for mid-to-senior level marketing professionals in advertising, communications, marketing, market research, marketing technology or media, like you.

The program runs for 9 month each year from October to June. During the season you’ll gain:

Why Mentor Exchange?

Our Mentor Exchange Program scientifically matches pairings based on the data provided on mentee’s career goals.

Entering its 17th season, it’s the ‘Gold Standard’ for mentorship programs in North America.

We’re counting close to 850 Mentee graduates and over 300 alumni Mentors.

What’s Included?

9 x 1 hour one-on-one virtual and/or in-person sessions with your matched mentor
1 year global membership with The American Marketing Association
- Networking opportunities with AMA Toronto members
- Preferred rates on any AMA digital and in-person events
1/2 day of leadership education provided by leading experts
Exclusive events for program participants including launch reception, networking event and graduation, food & beverages included
