Adrien Bettio and Hyla Nayeri co-founded 437 at only 21 years old. What started as a dream between two university students grew to a powerhouse brand, entirely self-funded and powered by a female team. Their unique approach to running a business (and juggling friendship and work) has helped them grow into aspirational role models for both their team and other young women to pursue ambitious goals.

In 2021, Hyla & Adrien landed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, plus launched their mentorship course – How TF Do I Start — to help other budding entrepreneurs build their empires.

We’re 437 — a luxe swim and activewear brand driven by a desire to create a product that doesn’t compromise on style, quality, or fit. Founded in 2017 by best friends Hyla Nayeri and Adrien Bettio, we’ve been expanding our product offering which started with swimwear but now includes activewear, beachwear, and accessories. In the last 4 years since launch, we’ve built a strong, loyal community that has helped us grow 5x year over year.
