Andrea is a C-Suite Marketing Executive with an accomplished record for driving growth and profitability of high-profile consumer brands. Over a career that spanned 25+ years, she built and led high performing Marketing and R&D teams in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Foodservice and Retail sectors both in Canada & the US. She began her marketing career at Kraft General Foods, and then spent the next 11 years at PepsiCo, with the last few years in the US as VP Marketing for the Tropicana Brand. She followed with CMO and SVP roles at Yum! Restaurants, Canada Bread, and Leon’s Furniture. She has been recognized with numerous marketing awards, including the prestigious PepsiCo Chairman’s Award, and nominated by Strategy Magazine for 2017 Marketer of the Year.

In 2018, she elected to leverage this experience and transitioned to Executive Coaching. Her style of coaching emulates her leadership style – candid, compassionate and challenging. She has a successful track record of unlocking leadership potential and has dealt with a myriad of challenges ranging from honing leadership capabilities and managing complex business scenarios, to leading change and dealing with ambiguity. She currently coaches senior managers to C-suite level executives in Canada and the US across a variety of functions.

Andrea is the founder of AMA’s Certified Executive Coaching and is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She completed her academic coaching training at Royal Roads University’s Graduate Program in Executive Coaching to become a Certified Executive Coach
(CEC). She is certified as an Assessor for both the EQ 2.0 and EQ 360 Assessments. She holds an MBA from The Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto, a BA, and a BSc. Andrea is deeply curious, optimistic and loves to laugh. She enjoys fitness, walking and is a beginner level golfer – but why count strokes? She was a highland dancing teacher and is a professional florist; dance and flowers are easy distractions. She enjoys socializing with friends and is an excellent ‘microwave’ cook. She lives in Toronto with her husband Mike, and they enjoy a home is Sarasota.
