Jill is passionate about helping individuals and teams uncover insights to drive positive results. A strong critical thinker, skilled communicator with a warm sense of humour, she ensures clients develop straightforward, powerful solutions that work.

Jill co-founded Spark Ideas (www.sparkideas.ca) in 2003 to deliver breakthrough consumer insights and marketing strategies for B2C and B2B companies.  Spark’s success and client list reflect trusted partnerships with over 40 top tier Canadian companies. As Spark grew, Jill’s passion and expertise for executive coaching grew and she shifted her focus from brands to individuals. Helping them be better leaders. Helping their teams be more effective.  Prior to Spark, Jill held progressively senior roles in Canada and Europe with American Express, Whirlpool Europe, Bell Canada and Mackenzie Investments.

Jill coaches executives, high performers and senior managers to support improvements in leadership, readiness, personal brand and communication skills.  She works in a variety of industries including banks, financial services, CPG, power generation and telecommunications.   She brings her corporate and entrepreneurial experience to every engagement and delights in helping teams and individuals thrive.

Jill holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. As an Executive Coach, Jill is certified with the CoActive Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coaching Federation (PCC). She is a Certified Practitioner of Positive Intelligence™ and a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO™ Serious Play™ Method. She is trained in Creative Problem Solving and has her Advanced Moderator designation having facilitated hundreds of qualitative research projects.

When Jill isn’t coaching, she loves to travel, cook and be active in the outdoors.
