With more than 30 years in leadership roles at organizations of various sizes and industries, Bill brings functional expertise, an intimate knowledge of change management, and a passion for growing businesses. In the process, he has developed many leaders, assembled multiple leadership teams, and been involved in many merger and acquisition transactions.   He has been in your chair and brings a unique perspective, experience from multiple industries and different organization sizes to assist leaders to achieve what is important to them.

Bill focuses on courage, action, and mastery. Through creating clarity from complexity, he helps clients to move forward and bringing undeclared ambitions, unknown motivations, and untapped potential to the surface.

Beyond extensive business experience, Bill’s credentials include Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, Certified Executive Coach (CEC) from Royal Roads University and an MBA from McMaster University.  He is also a certified coach practitioner on EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 assessments.

Bill is a lifelong learner in leadership trends and the future of work.  His other passions include seeing the world through travel, giving back serving as a charity Board member and working on his golf game.
