Dinka Nacpil

Dinka Nacpil is a B2B tech marketing leader with 14 years of experience driving strategy and execution across SaaS, professional services, and technology companies—spanning startups, scale-ups, and businesses through IPO. She has built and led marketing teams and engines from the ground up, launched products, shaped messaging and brand, and driven go-to-market strategies that directly impact revenue.

Her expertise spans demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, brand, digital programs, event marketing, and overall marketing strategy. She’s especially passionate about aligning marketing and sales to accelerate pipeline and drive sustainable growth. Whether leading cross-functional initiatives or mentoring future marketing leaders, she brings a growth mindset, strategic clarity, and a bias for action.

In addition to her full-time role, she also consults with B2B tech companies to help build strong foundations, scale what’s working, or get unstuck. She’s actively involved in the Toronto B2B marketing community as an event organizer and advisor.

Dinka holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Marketing Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.

She first joined the AMA mentor community in 2024 and is excited to return in 2026. She currently leads marketing and revenue at Klara Inc., an open-source software development company.
