Clarence is a collaborator whose greatest strength is in managing diverse (and sometimes divergent) personalities, perspectives, and opinions in pursuit of a singular goal or objective. Leveraging marketing technology, he assists clients with optimizing their digital presence to maximize revenue.
In his current role, Clarence is responsible for the organizational and client marketing strategy of Campus Living Centres, the largest student housing owner and operator in Canada. This includes liaising with post-secondary institutions to develop integrated residence marketing and recruitment strategies, partnering with private developers to create branding campaigns for their purpose-built student housing assets, and managing key client relationships. Prior to this, Clarence held several roles at The University of Manitoba, and started his career working in hospitality.
Clarence is a mentor with the American Marketing Association – Toronto Career Accelerator program, where he has the opportunity to help up and coming marketing professionals navigate the next phase of their careers. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Milton Community Resource Centre, an organization that provides programs and services in support of the growing needs of the children, families, and early years’ professionals in the community.
Clarence holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from The University of Manitoba, and a Master of Arts from Athabasca University.
