“Mentorship is one of the most important parts of life and business. Just like a family passes on traditions and recipes, Business leaders must pass on the values and morals of good leadership to our future leaders. It is our job to support, nurture, and develop our mentees, so they are ready to take the lead when the time is right. Paying it forward ensures our business community will thrive in the future, and these future leaders will do the same when it becomes their turn.” CG
