Florencia Wells is the Head of Global Business Marketing, Canada at TikTok, where she leads B2B marketing and communications for one of the world’s fastest-growing platforms. A data-driven, results-oriented marketer, Florencia brings over 15 years of experience across entertainment, media, and technology, with a track record of building high-impact, award-winning integrated campaigns.

Before joining TikTok, Florencia held senior leadership roles at Corus Entertainment and Shaw Communications, where she led marketing for major television networks and digital services, driving audience growth and brand performance across B2C and B2B portfolios. Her career also includes agency experience at Starcom and brand-side roles at Bell Media.

Florencia is deeply committed to developing the next generation of marketing leaders and has proudly served as a Career Accelerator mentor for two years. She also brings an industry perspective as a past judge for the Canadian Marketing Association awards. As a mentor, Florencia is known for offering practical guidance on strategy, leadership, and career growth, helping mentees navigate complex organizations, sharpen their thinking, and confidently take the next step in their careers.
