Mirella is a global business leader and executive coach with over 22 years of professional experience, including 15 years leading data-informed strategy, client-centric innovation, and organizational transformation across Latin America and global markets. Most recently, she served as Head of Analytics & Insights for Spanish-speaking Latin America at Google, where she led high-impact teams across six countries and played a key role in shaping business growth and marketing strategy for top-tier clients in diverse industries.
With deep expertise in strategic management, change leadership, and stakeholder alignment, Mirella is known for building and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of insight-driven innovation. She has been a frequent spokesperson at industry events and is a long-standing advocate for DEI, social impact, and inclusive leadership.
Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Insights at AMA Toronto, she also mentors women in tech and entrepreneurship across Latin America. Mirella holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and is a certified executive coach through the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management
