Ali Leung is a seasoned Marketing Executive and Fractional CMO who brings over 25 years of leadership and marketing expertise to help clients develop outstanding strategies that drive accelerated growth. She works with organizations to build strong brand foundations, design integrated marketing engines, and unlock both immediate results and long-term scalability.

Previously, Ali held senior leadership roles at Shopify, Weight Watchers, Meta (Facebook), and Unilever, where she scaled iconic brands like Dove, Tresemmé, Hellmann’s, and Knorr, accelerated customer acquisition, and transformed high-performing teams. Her experience spans B2B, B2C, tech, wellness, and CPG, giving her a rare ability to combine data-driven strategy with compelling brand storytelling. She is particularly passionate about purpose-driven marketing, helping entrepreneurs thrive, and promoting healthier lifestyles.

Ali serves on the boards of Canada Learning Code and The Jays Care Foundation, is a founding member of Be Uninterrupted, and has held leadership roles with the Effie Awards as Co-Chair in Canada and a Global “Best of the Best” judge. She holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and is committed to mentoring the next generation of marketers and leaders.
