Terri Tinella developed her passion for unlocking the potential of people, brands and businesses while working at Nestle. Over 33 years, she took on roles of increasing responsibility in Canada, the US and the UK. She has guided strong cross functional teams across diverse categories and complex environments. From 2010 until her retirement in 2017, she was President of the Confectionery Division in Canada.
Terri has been invited to participate in several panels and speaking engagements over the years. She is now applying her skills and experiences as a dedicated Board Member and as a mentor.
As an optimist on a continuous learning journey, she is passionate about living life to its fullest. She enjoys staying active and embracing new adventures and experiences.
