She is known as a people-first integrated strategist who considers brand and reputation in tandem. With 25+ years of global marketing communications experience, including a long history working in and with tech and telecom companies, Sarah brings a depth of knowledge and thinking to clients across all verticals and sectors.
Sarah leads Tadiem, an independent framework for forward thinking companies & individuals that is built around 6 distinct divisions (Bensimon Byrne, Narrative, OneMethod, Folk, HiFi, and The Combine), over 200 employees, and a shared drive to measure up to more. As the CEO of TADIEM, Sarah has driven years of continued growth, won some of the biggest assignments in the company’s thirty-year history, and helped elevate the collective to its highest global ranking across multiple disciplines, from advertising and design to PR and strategy.
After beginning her career at Bell Canada, Sarah would become the Head of Communications Programs at Orange Communications and then move on to become the President at High Road. Her next move was taking the role of Managing Director at Narrative, a position she held for 5 years before taking on her currently held position as CEO of TADIEM. Sarah’s award-winning career has spanned across multiple industries and disciplines, but through it all she has maintained her unique brand of resiliency, problem solving, and infectious positivity.
