Howard is an accomplished C-Level executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations and leading teams to create transformative change and growth.
He has worked extensively in both the USA and Canada, and as part of global teams.
He is currently CEO of Levenswater In., a handcrafted premium gin that is sold in Canada and the USA and is in the process of expanding internationally. In that role he leads the company strategy and is responsible for overall growth, P & L.
He previously worked in executive roles within consumer marketing industry (CMO @ Samsung), financial services (VP of Marketing, CIBC) and advertising (President of Vickers & Benson/HAVAS), and was also the founding President of the US based ferry service where he led efforts to raise over $10 million in government funding to support infrastructure needs at the port level, including creation of customs & immigration facilities.
Before leading Levenswater, he ran his own consulting practice and was an owner/investor in two start-up companies in the digital experience realm. He also engages in selective merger & acquisition projects.
He has an impeccable track record on building long term relationships with stakeholders and business partners at all levels. He has a unique skill set learned across a variety of industries and spends significant time as a mentor, Board Member and active community participant.
He is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and holds a Chartered Marketer Designation. He also teaches part time at Humber College, and previously at the Seneca College School of Communications Studies within York University.
