Kristina is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience globally, and track record of delivering growth and innovation. Kristina has been recognized as someone that not only delivers the right results but does it in the right way. She is someone that pushes herself and along the way brings the best out of colleagues and agency partners, while building strong and collaborative teams.
Kristina brings extensive CPG expertise gained working on leading brands, such as Colgate-Palmolive, Philips, Energizer, Cuisinart, T-Fal and others. In her current role as Kruger Products’ Vice President of Corporate Marketing & Strategy, she drives Innovation, Strategic Planning and delivers on national Partnership Commitments (NHL, Tennis Canada, Curling Canada, Canadian Cancer Society, Quebec Cancer Foundation).
Strong believer in diversity, equity and inclusion, Kristina led development of multiple campaigns, and participated in inclusion networks such as the Kruger Products Women’s Network, and is a driving force behind Kruger Products’ Big Assist hockey program, in which diversity and inclusion are key pillars.
Kristina serves on CMA’s Brand Council, SMCC’s Board, as a judge across many marketing and sponsorship awards, and a mentor to other women in the industry. Winner of Star Women in Grocery award in 2021 – Kristina has contributed significantly to the grocery industry by launching products, programs, and partnerships that better our community.
Creative, innovative, compassionate, Kristina holds an MBA Degree from the IE business school in Madrid – ranked as one of the top ten business schools globally, Degree in Marketing, Postgraduate designations in PR & Communications, Women Leadership, as well as Chartered Marketer with Advanced Standing, from the Canadian Marketing Association.
As a busy mom of 12-year old twins, Kristina is as active in her personal life. Her passions include interior design, photography, and sports, staying active playing tennis, on bike trails and tracking with her family.
